Spacious apartments, excellent location, rooftop pool with view
The washing machine in our apartment was broken, yet staff knew and didn't warn us!!! Basic instructions missing throughout the apartment made using facilities frustrating!!! Enhancing the parking access would be beneficial!!!

Good stay, as always. Well-run place, private parking, amiable staff. Particularly good setting, near to quaint restaurants and healthy smoothy cafes/coffee shops. Also, in a quiet area. Separate bedroom. Very impressed with a couch and a sofa sleeper available.

A Gem in Playa del Carmen!
The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The friendly staff, and Alanna was especially cute, always ready to assist. For great local dining, check out the nearby restaurants!

The location of the hotel in Playa del Carmen is particularly good and amazing, really close to healthy smoothy cafes / coffee shops, the beach and quaint restaurants and healthy smoothy cafes/coffee shops. Love eating outside and there's Pizza Italia, set next to the property.

The room was just the right size with a cozy vibe and cool electric blinds. I loved relaxing by the rooftop pool and soaking up the sun on the loungers. The only downside was the gym being a bit crowded at times, but overall, I'd recommend this spot for a chill getaway 😊

The staff was nice and attentive throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, both cool and well-maintained. The views from my apartment were amazing, particularly the sea view with a serene backdrop during my mornings.
The noise from the nearby street was noticeable, especially in the evenings.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment for 6 nights. The room had a cozy vibe with big windows. The electric blinds were a cool touch! The view from the deck was awesome for people-watching on 5th Avenue. The rooftop pool was a perfect relaxing spot. It was nice and quiet up there, and definitely a highlight of my stay!

We truly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. the personnel were amicable and made us feel welcome. the setting was amazing, close to cafes, healthy smoothie cafes, coffee shops, and quaint restaurants. the Centro district was worth staying in.
